These prices are for standard photo sessions. Locations outside of McLennan County incur travel expenses from the McLennan border to the location.

General terms of all photography contracts for Cook Photo Works

When the client purchases digital copies of the images, the following rights are assigned the the client. The client may make unlimited copies in any medium for free distribution to friends and family. The client may also post photos to social media sites, use them for desktop screen savers, or for any other personal use. The client may not use the photos for commercial purposes, resell the images or, with group events, provide free copies of the photos so other people can avoid purchasing event photos from Cook Photo Works.
When the client purchases individual print photos and does not purchase digital photos, the client has use of the print photos only, with no electronic distribution rights of any kind granted.

Cook Photo Works assumes a standard model release with rights to use images for advertisement and fair use in the promotion of Cook Photo Works and for portfolio purposes. In the event a different client wishes to purchase photos for use in a “for profit” venture, we will not use your images without your consent. We will remove any images of you upon email request, if you are the primary subject of the photo. In group photos, we may not be able to remove your image if you are not the featured individual in the photo.

We are happy to bid on prices for event, product or documentary photography projects, and can negotiate individual rights for these types of endeavors.
